Subscription Based Service

eformly.app operates on a subscription testing model. Because you get immediate access to the premium features and unlimited capabilities of the platform upon subscribing, we do not offer refunds for our subscription plans.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you choose to cancel:

• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle (month or year, depending on your plan).
• You will retain access to your premium features until the end of that billing cycle.
• No prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade your plan, the prorated difference will be applied immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
